GOVERNOR TOM McCALL WATERFRONT PARK

At the foot of the Morrison Bridgehead Blocks tower, along the bank of the Willamette River, is the Governor Tom McCall Waterfront Park.  The park, once voted one of America’s ten greatest public spaces, is 1.5 million SF.

Easily accessible, the park creates a quick getaway from hectic schedules.  It’s a great place for jogging, walking, biking and just enjoying the view.  In addition to providing solitude, the park is home to many Portland annual festivals including the Waterfront Blues Festival, Oregon Brewers Festival, Rose Festival and the Cinco de Mayo Fiesta.

Waterfront Blues Festival — a Fourth of July celebration with a star-studded lineup of blues artists.

Oregon Brewers Festival — some of the world’s best brews with pours from more than 90 craft breweries.

Rose Festival — a civic celebration with fireworks, dragon boats and the second largest floral parade in the United States.

Cinco de Mayo Fiesta — features a wide breadth of live music, Guadalajara dancers, rides, amateur boxing and an artisan village.
